Back to   view all Advanced Targeting Conditions Docs.

Is Logged In #

Definition #

Loads the popup only when a user is logged into your site.

Uses #

This is especially useful if you want to deliver content specifically to your users who are logged in, from special admin messages to promotional content.

Has Role #

Has Role Choices #

  • Administrator: Loads the popup for Admins.
  • Editor: Loads the popup for Editors.
  • Author: Loads the popup for Authors.
  • Contributor: Loads the popup for Contributors.
  • Shop Manager: Loads the popup for Shop Managers.

Definition #

Loads the popup only when a user has a Role as selected from above.

Uses #

This Condition is great for delivering specific content or messages to your different types of users, from Permissions to Terms & Conditions.

Has Commented #

Variables #

  • More Than (optional): Loads the popup if a User has commented more than [variable] times.
  • Less Than (optional): Loads the popup if a User has commented less than [variable] times.

Definition #

Depending on how you setup your variables, this Condition loads the popup if the User has commented at all, more than, less than, or a range of quantity of comments.

Uses #

This has interesting implementations if you wanted to deliver special messages to users who are active with comments on your site, perhaps for a loyalty program.

Variables #

  • Select a popup (menu; selection required): Click on the field to display a menu of all popups set to ‘published’.
  • More Than (optional; views increment +/- 1): Loads a selected popup if a visitor views the current popup a maximum number of times.
  • Less Than (optional; views increment +/- 1): Loads a selected popup if a visitor views the current popup a minimum number of times.

Definition #

This condition checks the display count of a selected popup within a minimum and maximum range of visits.

Uses #

Display a popup if a visitor has viewed another popup a specific number of times.

Has Viewed X (quantity) Pages #

Variables #

  • More Than (optional): Loads the popup if a User has viewed more than [variable] pages.
  • Less Than (optional): Loads the popup if a User has viewed less than [variable] pages.

Definition #

This Condition loads the popup if the User has viewed more or less than the amount of pages you define for the variable.

Uses #

You can force a popup to trigger based on how many pages a User has visited, which can be very handy for some setups.

Has Viewed Selected Pages #

Variables #

  • Comma List of Page ID Numbers: Loads the popup if the user has viewed all of the selected pages.

Definition #

You can input only one Page ID #, or as many as you prefer that best fits your situation. If you input more than one page, the User will have to visit all of those pages before the popup will load.

Uses #

This Condition is different than the Pages: Selected Condition because it triggers off of what pages the User has viewed, not based off of the Page itself.

Time on Site #

Variables #

  • More Than (minutes, optional): Loads the popup if the user has been on your site more than [variable] minutes.
  • Less Than (minutes, optional): Loads the popup if the user has been on your site less than [variable] minutes.

Definition #

This Condition loads the popup on any page where it’s determined the user has been on your site within the time frame as defined using the variables fields. It refers to the total amount of time that a user spends on the site, which may include multiple page/post views. It does not refer to the total amount of time spent on any one specific page or post.

Uses #

This is a wonderful Condition to use if you don’t want to specify where the popup loads, but when the popup loads – and it opens a whole new way to target your popup to your audience.
