# Refund Requests

# How to Request a Refund

1. Go to [https://wppopupmaker.com/support/](https://wppopupmaker.com/support/#submit-a-support-ticket).

2. Scroll down to **Open A Support Ticket** and click **Account & Billing**.

A form will display right below where you clicked. You can scroll down a little more to view the whole form if needed.

3. Fill in all the fields and click **SUBMIT**.
