We created our Core Bundle almost five years ago, which allowed anyone to get all of Popup Maker’s premium features for $192 and could be used on unlimited sites. While this plan has worked well for some people who use the plugin, it hasn’t always been what was needed for others.

Additionally, the industry and Popup Maker itself has changed drastically over the last five years. So, we started looking into if our current pricing still makes sense.

Why the Change?

After many conversations with people who use Popup Maker, we realized having only one plan doesn’t provide enough options for people who may not need all features on many sites.

So, we have decided to end the Core Bundle plan and introduce three new plans: Start, Grow, and Optimize. Depending on your site’s specific needs, new customers may actually spend less on Popup Maker than they would have before.

As Popup Maker has grown, so has the cost of maintaining and supporting the plugin. This change will allow us to continue to grow the plugin by building out our support team so everyone receives answers faster as well as release new or updated features more frequently, such as our upcoming WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads integrations.

What’s Ending?

First off: If you are currently on the Core Bundle plan (or purchase one before March 16th, 2020), you are grandfathered into that price forever.

The only thing we are removing is the Core Bundle itself. You still be able to use the free version as-is as well as use any of our existing features. The Core Bundle, which can be used on unlimited sites and includes all extensions as well as any future extensions released while your license is active, will go away on March 15th.

If the Core Bundle is perfect for your needs, you can still purchase it before March 16th, 2020 and be locked into its price forever.

What’s New?

We have three new plans that will go live on March 16th, 2020: Start, Grow, Optimize.

Start

The Start plan is perfect for any site that only needs some of our basic premium features and is at only $87 per year (more than $100 less than our existing bundle!).

Grow

The Grow plan is great for up to 3 sites that need more advanced features, such as Popup Analytics or Scheduling. Using these features are a great way to start increasing your site’s conversion rate. Grow is available for $147 per year.

Optimize

The Optimize plan is for up to 5 sites that need all of our features, including Exit Intent or our new WooCommerce feature. Using features in this plan enables your site to increase signups, conversions, and revenue! Optimize is available for $247 per year.

Higher Site Plans

Popup Maker will no longer have an unlimited site plan. When we looked at how the plugin is being used, the majority of people used it on a small number of sites. To ensure our support teams can scale as Popup Maker is used on more sites, we made the tough decision to replace an unlimited plan with scaling plans.
