Do you offer a free trial?
We have a completely free plan that you can use. Inside your WordPress site, go to the "Add New" page for your plugins and search for "Popup Maker". This free version allows you to create popups and access a limited version of our feature set.
What's the setup process like?
If you haven't already, you will install the Popup Maker WordPress plugin. After completing your purchase, you can download all of your premium features and upload them into your WordPress site as normal plugins. Upon activating them, you can enter in your license key and then start using them right away!
What if I don't want a subscription?
Your subscription can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, your subscription will not auto-renew and will expire once your year is finished. You can still manually renew your license. We will also send you reminders before your license expires too!
What happens if I do not renew my license?
License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year. If you decide to cancel, you may still use the extension but you will not receive updates or support once the license key expires.
If I don’t like Popup Maker, can I request a refund?
If you realize Popup Maker isn’t the right fit for you we can give you a refund as long as you’re within the first 30 days of the date you purchased the extensions.
