This typically indicates a conflict with another plugin or theme. If you can install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin you can use Troubleshooting mode to figure out which plugin/theme is causing the conflict so we can look into it further.

Hi Derek Collinson, in addition to what Daniel suggested, please try the following as well:

  • If you have a caching plugin, please purge/clear your cache.

  • If you have any tracker/ad blocker extensions installed on your browser, please try to disable or use another browser without any extensions.
