Getting "failed to load plugin url" error when trying to edit any pop up
When I attempt to edit or create a popup in classic, I get
"Failed to load plugin url: [my website]/wp-content/plugins/popup-maker/dist/assets/mce-buttons.js?version=1.21."
Using elementor to edit makes the page load forever. I've tried deactivating and reactivating Popup Maker and checking for updates with no success.

Could you please try the following?

Clear your cache. If you're using a caching plugin, make sure to purge/clear the cache.

Disable browser extensions. If you have any ad/tracker blockers installed, turn them off or try using a different browser without any extensions.
