Hello, I have created a bio detail pop up so that when you click on a bio button on my kubio wordpress page but it is not working. I have gone through youtube videos, wordpress and kubio instructios and checked everything.. I am at a loss

Do you have a link where it should be working?
I'm assuming you can open the popup from the Popup Maker toolbar menu, in which case it could be:
- Click trigger setup
- JS errors on the page preventing it from working.
You can check your browsers console (F12 usually) for errors when you refresh the page.
Assuming none of those, how did you set up the click trigger? Did you add a #popmake- style link or use a custom selector?
I did both. I started with #popmake but then we changed to #pum-123- we have the pop ups coming up now but the close button is not working.
and originally thought we could just select this and save but it doesnt stick and goes back default
You said your using #pum-123, to be clear you replaced 123 with the ID of your popup correct? I'm assuming yes.
Are there any errors in the browser console, when you don't get a popup, or when you try to save that block setting?
