Nags, constant nags.
Our site has a particular configuration that popup maker doesn't like. I get a nag screen on every page, every time. I have tried clicking the option "Keep the current method", but the nag immediately comes back up.
How do I get it to accept that things are the way they are supposed to be and stop asking me?
Barbra Barbour The only notice I can think of like that is file system write warnings, does that sound like what your seeing?
If so you can go into Popup Maker -> Settings and there is an option to disable asset caching, you could try that.
How many popups do you currently run? Disabling asset cache isn't a huge issue unless you have lots of popups & themes.
I believe so. It is the plugin itself giving me warnings about the cache system. The warnings are located at the top of the interface. I have a screenshot.
I have told it over and over to ignore it, but immediately upon any change, it comes back up.
Also - after signing up for this forum just yesterday I got a phishing email from someone this morning, making me doubt the security of the entire plugin. I'm pretty sure I'm just going to delete it and find another plugin at this point. I don't need nag screens and phishing emails in my life.
Barbra Barbour Try clicking the keep the current settings option. It should disable asset caching and that notice.
I have, repeatedly. It doesn't work. That's why I came here. That's my entire complaint.
Barbra Barbour Ahh, sorry for the confusion.
If you go to Popup Maker -> Settings and check the box to disable asset caching does it go away?
