Popup triggers but doesn't display on mobile sometimes
I noticed that sometimes when I click the button that triggers the popup on mobile version of my website, it seems as if it does trigger the popup but it won't display it - can't scroll or use the website as if it's blocked by the popup but it won't show the popup - then I have to refresh the website to make it work again. Anybody had the same issue and figured out how to fix it?
We have seen this ourselves but never been able to track it down or reliably replicate the issue in a debug environment.
Short solution for now, you can try setting animation type to none.
That said we have had recent discoveries which we think might solve this once and for all. While having an AI agent suggest a change for another issue we were looking at, it suggested a side chnage we were gonna ignore.
After review we found that change was to resolve an obscure browser CSS rendering bug that we never even knew was a thing.
Apparently when you queue css animations in the browser, the browser can choose to group them and render them at once.
In the case of our opening animations this can cause it to animate the position at the same time as setting the starting position, which should happen first & before.
So with any luck it will be resolved in our upcoming update, but that update is a larger set of changes and new features so it may still be a few weeks away as we polish.
