Hi all. I have used this pop up plugin with Uncode theme to create modals on my home page ( I have about 6 modals ) as that's the only way to create them with this theme. Each modal/pop up activates with a click and closes with a X. The pop ups contain text/image and occassionally links.
I have created one pop up, let's call it Pop Up 1 with hyperlink to another site within text. which works fine. Then I have another pop up which also links to same site however, when I click on it, it takes me to Pop Up 1 instead of the hyperlink. Why would that be happening? It seems like a bug to me. Any advice would be appreciated.
Hi, I just downloaded this plugin but everytime I try to create a new plugin, I get a blank page. Can someone help me troubleshoot?
I have upgraded to pro, but when going to - Popup Maker->Settings->Go Pro to update my license, I am being met with this. Any idea why?
I have the popup on thatsagoal.com but my issue is, the popup is overwriting the Theme CSS, so the buttons on the popup are not showing the same colour as the theme. Is there a way to use the Theme CSS on the popup?
un bouton "fermer" d'un popup apparait en bas de toutes les pages de mon site mais pas sur le popup. Je cherche depuis plusieurs jours ce qui cloche, mais rien pour l'instant. Une aide me serait précieuse.
Les autres popup fonctionnant correctement, l'astuce doit être simple, mais je ne la trouve pas.

if have an question about the access to the plugin:
One Word Installation: Access is granted as an Editor (Word Role)
Other Word Installation: Access is not granted as an Editor (Word Role)
In both cases the Administrator (Word Role) has Access.
How can that be?

I have created a popup for my blog mundgefuehl.com to promote one of my books. In the settings I have formatted all backgrounds as white (with 100% coverage), but the popup is shown fully transparent when activated.
What can be the root cause? Is there any trick how I could solve this?

Hi, I want to edit in the special frontend WP Bakery editor of the Salient theme, but I get a "404 page not found" message.
In Popup Maker settings "classic editor" is activated, and in WP Bakery under role manager pop up and pop up theme are also activated.
What am I missing here?
When I attempt to edit or create a popup in classic, I get
"Failed to load plugin url: [my website]/wp-content/plugins/popup-maker/dist/assets/mce-buttons.js?version=1.21."
Using elementor to edit makes the page load forever. I've tried deactivating and reactivating Popup Maker and checking for updates with no success.
When I click to create a new pop-up, it directs me to a blank page... literally the webpage is completely white. Why would this be happening? Is there a conflict with Divi theme?
