Fixed
- Bug where deleting subscribers led to an error rather than success notice.
- Bug in Subscribers table pagination, urls were invalid leading to 404 due to duplicate protocols (http://http://).
- Bug causing menu item Trigger Popup settings to not be saved. Caused by new strict type checking on string vs int.
- Bug causing Click Trigger extra selector to not save properly. Caused by recent overzealous sanitization.
