- Added new enabled() method for the PUM_AssetCache class that checks both is writable and not disabled.
- Added option to disable just asset caching. This should help in the case your server is blocking the use of our JS from the /uploads/ folder with a 403 error.
Fixed
- Bug caused by string representations of boolean values passed in our subscription forms.
